The text about the approval was late. They actually approved it on 2/12, but I didn't receive any notice at all until 2/17. But on 2/20 I did get the text about my case being sent to the Department of State on 2/20 so hopefully it keeps on moving faster now. After seven months of waiting it's time to get moving!

I hope you have much better luck with an interview date than what we got in Canada. We just scheduled my fiance's interview this past week and the first available appointment date was June 23rd :(
