I just spoke with Tier II - his words.

"The website is not accurate."

"You are outside of 5 months, so check back in 1-2 weeks."

"You have not been assigned to an adjudicator yet."

"There is nothing you can do to move things along, you're free to go to your service center or call your representative, but my experience is it doesn't make a difference."

If you check out the June thread you can see that they are actually at around June 24. The date May 6 is just showing that may is considered normal processing time and that we can't call and complain about them not following their processing times. So we should hopefully hear our first July approvals soon or early January.

I don't think it will be feb. Early July people will probably hear something soon. The rest in January. Most of the June filers have been approved.

I agree - he was just saying kinda the opposite in that since it's been 5 months I should hear soon. I too have been following June filers and it does seem like 2 weeks to hear is possible. So I am at peace with it being Dec/Jan that we will hear.

There is a guy, Josh, in the June thread who has been crunching data for June filers as he is one himself. I believe he is a data scientist - he's showing that 54% or more of June is already completed - he runs the case numbers through an algorithm and the USCIS case status section. Now that it seems to be back up maybe he will get even better data as he was having issues after the site went down.

Hopefully we hear something good soon - I already got my Senator involved because I wasn't going to stand by and let TSC have their way at any more than 5 months exactly. At the very least it makes me feel like I am making some sort of progress even if TSC isn't. I'll start my daily USCIS calls tomorrow once my shift gets back to normal (hard to call when I'm working a night shift!) Enough of this TSC CSC discrepancy - I made myself very clear in my letter that it was unacceptable to be considered a second class citizen when we all pay the same amount and are held captive by our state of residency. Hopefully everyone in July hears something soon, I think we're all at our wits end.

Good luck all! :)

Does the congressman have to be the congressman of your particular state? My fiancé filed from Florida but I have pretty good understanding with the congressman of Texas.

Not really. Typically a Congressman wants to represent their district; however, it is not prohibitive for them to work on your behalf. Especially, since this is an issue for all states sending cases to TSC.

I guess I'll let send him an email or something. I'll let you guys know when I do and if I get a response from him. Mostly likely though he himself won't respond, he's always made his secretary respond to me on my other cases.
