hello everyone i have a problem everytime i was updating my visajourney timeline its keep warning me show THERE APPEARS TO BE MISTAKE IN YOUR FORM RETURN TO FIX ERROR.the error show is the date of file and the noa1 receipt.im surely all is correct but always warning me a mistake to update my visajourney timeline.updateDB.php.htm

Hello, looking at your timeline, it took 7 months to get the NOA1 from I-130 submission?

Usually the NOA1 is only days to a week time. Not months I think.

yes its tooks a months for me we filed 2012 until now we still waiting the approval,but my problem is i cant update my timeline

just to clarify,

- the filing date is when you mail the petition

- the NOA1 date is when then send you a receipt that they received the petition

- the NOA2 date is when you are approved

So, is there really 7 months between filing and the receipt (usually a week after)?
