Hi,I had my medical appointment weeks ago and they didnt give the vaccinations record,I asked to everybody there about that and they told me they couldnt because of the laws. They were not supposed to give the ds 3025 to k1 and i had to get that in USA, I even told them it was gonna be cheaper for me to get that here and they said the knew it but it was a rule coming from the embassy.

So what we have to do is to get that in USA, in USCIS website you can find doctors near your place to get this done.

If you know you had all the required vaccinations at the time of your K-1 medical, then you can stick in a note to state you had your vaccinations and the DS-3025 can be found in your file with the rest of your medical documents. If you did not get the required vaccinations, or you are not sure, then see a civil surgeon for the missing vaccinations and transcription to the I-693. You are not required to get a new medical if your K-1 medical was done within a year of filing for AOS.

On my medicals i had already done all my vaccinations except the chicken pox. And when they took my blood and my xray they did the shot for me.

So i did everything on the doctor. He just didnt give me any paper. He told me all my papers will be send on the embassy and thats it.

I prefer to right a statement and tell them i didnt my medicals.

Question no2: i need to translate my birth certificate. Where can i do it? I found some sites but i think maybe a scam.

Anyone fluent in both languages can do the translation. They just need to include this certification on the translated document > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations
