FI (beneficiary) and I (USC petitioner) have 3 children together (they are all USC). Our household size is then 5, is that correct? And I would need to have 125% for 5 on my form. For our co-sponsor, he would just need 125% for 2 (my FI and himself) since the kids and I are USC?

Yes.

It is the petitioner, any children currently residing with the petitioner in the US, the beneficiary and any children who are coming with the beneficiary to the US. If you provide support for any disabled adults (e.g. parents), you must include them as well.

Your household should be you, your children, your fiance, and if they are bringing any children to the US with them, those children as well.
