Is this basic LOI format okay or should the LOI be more substantial?

Fiancé Letter of Intent

<petitioner’s name>

<petitioner’s address>

<petitioner’s phone number>

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

<USCIS service center address>

<today’s date>

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, <beneficiary’s name>, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry <petitioner’s name>, and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

Yours truly,

That is exactly what i used, One for me and one for my fiance. I used the Texas lockbox address( the address where you mail your application because you don't always know which service center you will end up at).

There is an example for on this website under "Example Forms" tab. That is the one i used.
