My wife and I almost made a big mistake. For whatever reason we thought her card expired in October, it expires the 18th of September. I have everything together, just needs to be printed, and will be next daying it Monday at 8am. Anyone ever mail it in this close before? It should be arriving on Tuesday by 3pm, 2 days before it expires. Will the NOA be dated back to the arrival date? I remember seeing on the forum someone saying that. As long as the application is filled out correctly it will begin to be processed correct?

The only thing I am waiting for is a document about previous healthcare. Should I leave it in the cover letter and just make a note about why it is missing in the correct place or just leave it out?

I would mention it and why it's missing.

You can supplement the evidence later if need be. It's not the best thing in the world but it's OK.

The important thing, obviously, it just to get it in on time. But you should be fine.

Don't sweat bullets if you don't get a NOA back within 72 hours. Even if something goes awry, you'll have the receipt showing it was delivered on time.

Welcome to the forum.

It should be arriving on Tuesday by 3pm, 2 days before it expires. Will the NOA be dated back to the arrival date? Likely the date that they accept the petition. I remember seeing on the forum someone saying that. As long as the application is filled out correctly it will begin to be processed correct? There is no reason to assume otherwise.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Well the healthcare thing is not a huge thing but the other paper that I am missing due to the company messing up several times with getting to me is a letter saying my wife is an authorized user on our credit card since January 2012. I feel like its important that I had gotten this because Chase bank was not able to give me statements for the back account we shared for almost 2 years in our marriage. We moved, closed the account, and found out later that you can not produce statements for closed chase accounts. I feel confident with what I have provided, anything we are deficient in is only because the company failed several times to deliver it to me. I am going to include a note mentioning that this is the reason we hadn't submitted it yet and why it may come in late, out of my control, yada yada. I feel like we'll be alright overnighting it on Monday. It is going to be a pain though since my wife needs to drive to work and her driver's license expires on Thursday too. Hopefully, though I doubt they will, her employer does not pull her at work.
