I am trying to send a wire transfer to pay my visa fee online.

These are the instructions:

Bank Name Citibank N.A. Milan
IBAN IT61 T035 6601 6000 0012 5587 011
Reference / Reason to transfer 6406178569189
Amount 212.00 EUR
SWIFT BIC Code CITIITMX
Beneficiary CSC Computer Sciences Corporation Srl
I am not familiar with wire transfers but the IBAN is an italian number and I will make the payment from my italian bank. Do I need to include also the SWIFT CODE? because If I try to make the payment online it doesnt ask me the swift code

Not that this helps at all but, isn't this to be paid by U.S. bank account in dollars? We are going for spousal Visa so I am not sure.
