We got a RFE and they request certified copies of the court dispositions. What exactly does that mean? only the judges conviction and the judgments themselves? Or do they mean the whole file which would be about 400 pages? The court clerk said for that request they only certify the judges conviction and the judgments.

I am afraid that this is not enough. Does anyone have more information or experience with that? The case was sealed because she won the appeal.

Thanks!!

The disposition is the outcome of the case. The summary of it all, whether you were convicted, acquitted, dismissed charges, expunged, etc. Therefore, whatever the disposition includes like the judgments or convictions, that would be it.

If the case was sealed, she should still be able to request the disposition. Otherwise, she would need a statement about the sealed record from the court.

This does not constitute legal advice.
