I made 15,500 dollars last year's income taxes. I only have my fiancé and I to support. I delivery driver for a living and make a ton of money in tips. My tips are not on last year's taxes. Do I have a problem showing support or should I have to resort to co-sponsor? I'm probably making 40K a year with income and tips. Wouldn't the USCIS want to see current income than last year's taxes? I have plenty of deposit's in my bank account to show I make good income.

Are you self-employed? You can list your current annual income and provide proof of that income. In the meantime, look for a joint sponsor just in case. If you should happen to get an RFE, then you can provide the joint sponsor's form and supporting documents.

From what I've heard from other people on VJ more than likely they will send an RFE and prompt for a joint sponsor/co-sponsor.

Are you sure that they will send you an RFE for having insufficient income, prompting you to find a joint sponsor, or will it just result in a denial?

Yes I am sure they will send an RFE first. They will not just flat out deny you if they believe the income doesn't meet the requirement. They send an RFE and give you a chance to provide proof that your income and/or assets meet the requirement, or to provide a joint sponsor that does.
