hi guys...so my fiance will be sending me a package with documents tomorrow, i just want to make sure he sends me all the right things, would some of u please take a look at this and tell me if it is all ok? first of all i'd like to say that we are using a co - sponsor and that is his sister, but ive been told that i need to have documents from him as well, such as the form I-134 and letter from work etc. so last night he got a letter from work and i would like to show u and ask if this letter is good enough...there is a picture of the letter here http://i.imgur.com/r2aldlD.jpg . is it good enough?? im guessing his sister's will look similar.

second part would be asking you guys about paystubs....someone has told me i should have paystubs from them both from the past few months, so 3 or 4 paystubs will be good enough?

then the last thing they will both provide me are the tax returns for last year...

so please tell me if all these things are good enough and if just them are gonna be good enough, or if im missing some info on them or if im missing anything at all. we've got letters from work, paystubs, I-134's and tax returns from last year. thank u

and they get one paystub every 2 weeks right? so u basically provided paystubs worth over a month?

Some are weekly, but yes, 2 weeks is the most common. The pay stub should also list the dates the pay covers.

so if my fiance and my co-sponsor get paid every two weeks...4 most recent paystubs will be enough?

With the letter and tax returns? Can't imagine it being insufficient.

yes, letter from work stating that they are hired there and how much they make an hour and a year + last year's tax returns + 4 paystubs + I-134

i was wondering about the bank statements too but is that really necessary?

Yes, one pay stub every two weeks. I had bank statement, letter of employement and tax return for previous year, too.

well do u think the bank statement is really necessery? or is what all i've got good enough? (I-134, paystubs, letter from work and recent year tax returns)
