But - yer writing of crimes. Lemme think.... Mostly, if it's a crime on the state's books, except for murder, rape, stabbing and theft > 100 value, then the kid should be caned as part of the punishment.

So, chasing a crime against a statue, albeit a funny label, doesn't matter. There's a law on the books in that state that got interpreted to cover the act. That's it. End o Story for that youngster.

Now, as to his behavior - still - I claim - it's the parents' [sic] fault.

So, you advocate corporal punishment regardless of the crime? Sounds really likely to teach a kid right from wrong that does. Can anyone who actually took a look at the link and saw the photo, seriously say that before they knew that it was, that they would have suspected that what is portrayed could possibly be some kind of crime? I certainly would not have suspected it and still do not think it is, regardless of what's on the statute books, so I guess that makes me a morally bankrupt person too, in your somewhat bizarre view, right? Is that something you have taught your children Darnell? Do not play pranks or mess around in any way while in public places? Is that part of your moral code? It's certainly not part of mine. It's not justifiable.
