I have been searching for this book of rules that is used in the US that explains the various levels of severity for defacing objects of religion like a cross, crucifix, Jesus, Mary, the prophet Mohammed, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Kim Kardashian, Nancy Pelosi, 0bama and the penalties associated.

I mean, can someone deface that stuff anywhere, anytime I want to and even bake disparaging images of mohammed inside a cake and give it to unsuspecting people of faith at work? Where does one find the, "I'm offended" line? Is there any difference in levels of severity to being offended?

i don't think cooks in jail, even in the liberal section, get that much leeway with menu. but if i ever cook in a jail, i'm going to make cut out jesus sugar cookies and see how quickly everyone gets two years added to their time.

In that world I received government assistance to attend chief cook and bottle washer school and got my PhD in democrat constipation and natural remedies to help them with their pollyanna dreams and then wake up one day and realize and admit they are liberal and then be on the road to recovery. This can only be accomplished by reducing the large volumes of dark matter living within their body, brain, and intestines. It's done gently, with limited waterboading, but it's done to benefit all mankind ya see.

i don't see. i haven't seen pollyana since i was homesick with tonsillitis in the second grade. so how's that pollyana logic go? cause i was using sarcasm and you're somehow applying sarcasm to novel fantasy and also really wound up about democratic bowel movements. i'm lost.

Well, clearly some people do believe that this should be a crime. That's a crime in itself. No one should face jail time for an action that had no harmful consequences. No harm has arisen from this. People who find it offensive have not been harmed in any way, any more than they are harmed by the publication of books about wizards or shouting god is stupid. None of this is criminal behavior and none of this has a place in the criminal justice system. Essentially it is an anachronistic law that should be removed from the statutes.

Yeah it's amazing that anyone would think this worth a prosecutors time. This is public money after all. Are the voters getting the value of the case by getting this clearly very dangerous, depraved teenager off the streets and in jail where he can learn how to make a knife out of a toothbrush and secrete it in his rectum.

What types of crimes? He sat on the head of a not very lifelike or artistic statue of jesus and 'pretended' that jesus (the statue) was sucking his ####### whilst he was fully clothed. What type of crime is that, exactly? A crime against decency? A crime against the statue? He didn't damage the statue in any way, and, had someone not taken a picture of it and passed it along to others, probably on some kind of internet hosted medium, no one would have been any the wiser except his mates. This is less dangerous and criminal than scrumping yet you would have the boy whipped? Is this your version of morality? Whipping juveniles for having a juvenile sense of humor?

Why are you always banging on about 'moral decay' when you know precisely nothing about the person you are talking about?
