What's your case? Are you still in the Philippines? Sorry if I missed something.

The answers area already on the SLEC website: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml

All visa applicants 15 years old and above, male or female, are required to have chest x-ray to immigrate. Pregnant women will have proper shielding as a precautionary measure of radiation hazards. Pregnant applicants may have an option to defer medical examination including chest x-ray until delivery.

Immigration law and CDC requires vaccination with age-appropriate vaccines. This includes live vaccines which may cause birth defects/deformities when given to pregnant women or to child-bearing women who may become pregnant within four weeks from receipt of the said vaccines. Additional vaccines are also given when medically indicated; or withheld when contraindicated.

They will not give you vaccinations that are contraindicated for pregnancy.

SLEC will take necessary precautions with you being pregnant. Relax.
