Hey guys I just got my iv fee email today ... wow one more step closer...

Guys I have few questions for u guys so plz help me

1: I thought I needed a joint sponser becuase my income was not enough from my 1 st job ... recently I got one more job where I will making enough to cross the proverty guidlines ... so I have to 2 jobs

now ...I have a employer letter from my 1st job and pay stubs. I m getting a employment letter from my 2 job at the end of this month ... so here is questions

I WONT NEED ANY JOINTS SPONSERS NOW SINCE I M MAKING MORE THEN ENOUGH TO CROSS PROVERTY GUIDLINES .SO I CAN ALONE SPONSER MY LOVE WITH MY INCOME ...

SECOND I DIDNT SEND OUT MY AOS PACKAGE YET .. I WILL SEND IT WITH IV NOW ... IS FINE RIGHT ... HOW LONG BOTH PACKAGE WILL TAKE 60 DAYS OR 120 DAYS ?

PLEASE GUYS LET ME KNOW WAT ELSE I NEED FROM MY NEW EMPLOYER ...

yes you can send them together. just 60 days since they would both be stamped into NVC the same day.

7/22/2014 NVC received AOS papers

8/20/2014 send IV packet

8/25/2014 NVC received IV papers

8/27/2014 pay IV bill

9/9/2014 DS-260 completed

9/15/2014 AOS checklist

9/24/2014 NVC scanned aos

10/29/2014 "paid" turned to "n/a"

10/31/2014 called NVC and confirmed case complete

11/4/2014 email with interview scheduled

12/15/2014 INTERVIEW

02/20/2015 I-601 waiver received @ Nebraska

07/14/2015 I-601 waiver APPROVED

8/10/2015 ceac changed from refused to ready

8/12/2015 visa was issued !!!!!!

8/25/2015 POE Chicago, no questions asked about waiver

how will you prove that without your tax returns? You have to provide your income in I864, proof of which are your tax returns that of course will have no mentioning of your second job which you just got. You can attach employment letter for 2nd job but you can't add its value in your gross income. I'm afraid you need joint sponsor who meets poverty guidelines.

I have been filing my tax returns from since I started working ... I will provide last 3 years tax return ....k so here is my package looks like

I864, with copy of my passport , Employment lettet from my first job and pay stubs , 3 year transcripts and employment letter from my 2 job and pay stubs .... my question is that I wont have any problem with income now becuase I m crossing the proverty guidelines with my second job
