G-325A Employment Question

My fiance works as a Trekking Guide but works independent of an agency so doesn't have an employer or anyone who can verify work dates. He does have a Guide License and I suggested that he send me a copy for me to submit along with the G-325A. I was joking with him that the Kat Embassy must have seen this sort of situation before - a woman falls in love with her guide, lol...

If you are the American then they are going to be concerned more with your ability to provide for your partner, not the other way round. If it is simply proving his employment what about copies of tax returns, etc.. as this should show money earnt, etc..

A self-employed person should write 'self-employed'. Or, if they have a business name, use it.
