Pretoria, South Africa (CNN) -- The night he killed Reeva Steenkamp, Oscar Pistorius did not commit murder, the judge at his trial said Thursday. He did not intend to kill her, Judge Thokozile Masipa said.

But his conduct was "negligent," she said before adjourning for the day, suggesting she will find the Olympian guilty of culpable homicide.

There is no minimum sentence for culpable homicide in South African law. It's up to the judge to decide.

As he fired four bullets into the bathroom of his home in Pretoria on Valentine's Day last year, he did not foresee the "possibility that he would kill the person behind the door, let alone the deceased, as he thought she was in the bedroom at the time," Masipa said.

It was an interesting trial indeed, but it's not over yet. The "quote/unquote" experts say she did in fact lay down a very stern line toward him today. He will likely be convicted of what would amount to second degree murder or manslaughter in the US. Judge Thokozile Masipa is quite impressive on the bench and capable of plucking an eye from a teddy bear if necessary.

It's associated with liberals who are neurologically incapable or changing path even after they have been shown the path they are on takes them right over a cliff. It's sorta like watching the Nancy Pelosi supporter at pool party who had too much to drink and smoke dive into the shallow end of the pool thinking they could manage it. It's sad to watch them implode, but there just isn't much that can be done outside of offering a free bowl of soup.

Oh, my goodness, certainly not. Being fiscally conservative does not always mean socially conservative. Nancy is socially challenged and deserves for everyone to smile and nod when she speaks and offer her a clean knapkin to wipe her chin after she eats.
