According to Zager and Evans we might make it that far, right?

What the hey?! He's a has-been political movie maker and former rah-rah champion for utopian health care. Not to mention he's fat and white and probably hasn't attended an 0bama spin presser in a few days.

Michael Moore: A hundred years from now, Obama will only be remembered for being the first black president

Via Mediaite, another incorrect but defensible bit of speculation a la Chuck Todd that would have drawn indignant sputtering online had it come from a conservative. But yeah, as usual, this guy is clearly wrong. Obama will be remembered for many things — putting the country on track towards single-payer health care; getting the left to buy into the surveillance state; declining to make a deal on entitlements before the debt crisis hit; and his most durable achievement, mainstreaming the idea that the president, not Congress, should be the country’s chief instrument in making policy. The double whammy of another undeclared war in the Middle East and an executive mega-amnesty this winter to appease the open-borders lunatics in his base should cement that legacy for all time.
If Russia ends up taking over eastern Europe again, that’ll probably end up in his biography somewhere too.
Here’s Moore pronouncing Obama a grave disappointment because he hasn’t nationalized the banks or made water and electricity “free” yet or whatever. His comments about O are in the second half of the clip but I suggest watching the first half too to hear him talk about how much more awesome it is to fly first class than coach. Can’t wait to see if he’s right someday when I can afford it!

wonder what michael moore will be remembered for.

* Being really, really ridiculously good looking? [zoolander]

* His boyish good looks on the beach in a speedo?

* Being 0bama's second choice for Defense Secretary?

* The rise and dominance of SuperCuts?

i'll assume those are all rhetorical.

Certainly not. I just offered a few guesses for you because it's virtually impossible to think of anything positive either one of these bozos will be remembered for in one-hundred years.

you're right, obama needs to hurry it up on the nationalized banks and free water/electricity for all if he wants to make his mark.

He seems to be right on track with exactly what he promised his followers he would do. His wife experienced her first day of pride in America the day he was nominated. I think it's just that Mikey Moore is unhappy that 0bama didn't do things the way Mikey Moore wanted things to be done. But, it's still America and our young men and women continue to fight to preserve the rights of all Americans to have differing opinions. Well, excluding Fox News, Tea Party, Republican Party, Libertarians, Christians, Better Plastic Surgeon Lobbyists of America seeking reparations for bad face jobs performed on Hollywood Actors and Politicians....and so on, and so on....

Yes. I think there is still time for that. But, not a lot of time. Flexibility for radical left-wing oppressionists will probably take a hit this fall. Just remember, there remains a solid 30% of Americans who could care less what 0bama does just as long as he successfully makes life more difficult for the other 70% of Americans they don't like.

I have one question. Why don't you run for President? Since you seem to have it all figured out.

“Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated.” – Coretta Scott King

"Oppressive language does more than represent violence; it is violence; does more than represent the limits of knowledge; it limits knowledge." -Toni Morrison

He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it.

Martin Luther King, Jr.
