This meeting has been called to order to discuss the numerous meetings we have and not accomplishing our work. Follow up meetings will be each odd day of the week unless it means two meetings, then we will meet on the even days. If a month is ending and we end up with only two meets, that will be solved by holding a meeting on each day of the week unless its a leap year, then we will not meet at all that week. Any questions? Good now the second part of out agenda, fact finding meetings about why our customer feedback is negative due to not being to get in touch of anyone here on the phone. BTW go get the receptionist, we need someone to take notes, I think this is going to be a long one.
