I'm not too keen on child support. But I'm pretty certain that it depends on how much of his parental rights does he gives up. If you request, and if he gives up all his parental rights, then he's off the hook. Otherwise he's liable.

Dude Tiff crossed that line like fiddy times....we have blow outs over toilet paper.....

We are going to be married for 2 years soonish, but off the top of my head, I can only think of one big fight and then one ongoing drama issue that has resolved itself. If we were fighting over toilet paper, I'd probably leave.

I'm not posting pics of my kitchen I hate it. I have no windows in it. It's old and ugly. Remember hubby bought this house before I moved here, and he used to eat out all the time. A big kitchen was not high on his list.

Trophie you're right. In the case of an adoption, your ex, as well as his parents, give up all rights to the child. Laws vary by state, but they're similar.

What I was thinking of, is primary custody. In which Dutch can establish. And as a caution, even if you divorce Dutch, he can/ may establish primary custody, and hit you up for child support.

I had hoped the trip we planned in March would settle her, but now I'm done. I can't do this any longer. She went totally nuts this weekend, it crossed a line that cannot be uncrossed.

My rant/realization...

I was annoyed at hubs this weekend and figured out it was my issue not his. He expects me to ask if I need help and has said this but yet I seem to want him to just do it without me asking. So I have to change how I do things so that I'm not doing all the work. He's more than willing he just doesn't see the mess when I do.
