yeah, I have foot pegs, but no time to machine it on yet. So I bolted an angle onto the rack for now.

The bike axle don't take foot pegs. The pegs will have to be bolted onto a plate, then the plate fitted onto the rack vertical riser.

omg and I realized yesterday what his post meant on FB. He said "Pardon me if I don't thank you for things I did not ask for". In his mind - since he specifically did not ask me to leave my job, or to clean or cook (he would say he is hungry but would not say "make me this or that" I just thought I love him so I am doing it for that reason so anyways) or spend all this money....he does not feel the responsibility or needs to thank me for it.

Yesterday (since we are both here) I asked if he wanted any dinner (I see it as a normal thing) and he says "oh I won't ask you to make it" as in....I can make it, he will eat it but won't say he wants it because then he would have to be thankful or have to show appreciation but then if i make it without him saying a word I cannot ask him for anything (like I cannot expect him to thank me for it since he did not specifically ask or say "yes I want that")

The term for this is "invalidation". It's kind of an art form for abusive people and the specialists are called "invalidators". No matter what you do, they can put you down for it. They view interaction with others as a war, not mutual cooperation. They arrange it so they always "win" in their perverted sense of values. It just sucks the life out of you.

The crazy thing is how easy it is to show gratitude. To acknowledge a person's effort. And what it gets you is more of the same. I shower my wife with gratitude because she damn well deserves it, especially what she does for the kids.

So good luck with that attitude fella. Sure, you "win" by making someone feel bad. What an accomplishment. The girls will be lining up around the block for that treatment, I am sure.
