I am back from food truck festival....that was fun. Got sun burned. Hubs ..err ex hubs...sent me email and said I can transfer the money so I can get things. yay !!! Now of course now I am crying because I am wishing he acted like this prior to all this mess....why is he being so nice now....why did he always say "borrow money from me" rather than ....."its our money we will figure stuff out as we go you will have a job you will pay for more then" ffs......

Oh MIL is pissed off with FIL cause he went to the food truck festival (she was asleep as she usually is) and I did not make dinner so she called upset she has nothing to eat - mind you there is ribs from yesterday and risotto and pasta salad. But she got mad that she had not been fed and hang up on him....I wonder if we will hear yelling at some stage especially if she is still hungry.

Glad you had fun at the festival. I'm sorry Jada, just maybe he is in there somewhere and will find his way out of that mess, or maybe he is well gay and doesn't know it yet. The person you fell in love with may be in there somewhere after all, just too late for you but maybe not for him.

Glad you had fun at the festival. I'm sorry Jada, just maybe he is in there somewhere and will find his way out of that mess, or maybe he is well gay and doesn't know it yet. The person you fell in love with may be in there somewhere after all, just too late for you but maybe not for him.

I always knew he was a good guy in his core - he was just never raised in any way....I mean - looks at his mom - she does the same thing - she does not communicate, tends to avoid things, sleeps and eats and sits in front of the computer and is depressed and if you tell her to change her life if it sucks so bad...she won't because it is too much work....her way of feeling validated is spending money on her grandkids and raising them for her son so she feels needed and loved. It is a mess. And ex hubs just wants to keep the same thing going - as long as everyone likes him he doesn't care about anything....uh....anyways....I did tell him that I love him and care for him and hope that he won't spend the rest of his life in front of his computer because he deserves to live and be happy no matter how scary it might be. Will he think about it ? I don't know.

J, Don't start getting all sentimental and ######.....

It's a bad cycle but only he can make it change. Maybe one day he will, it just wasn't timed right for you.

Nope, now if she was doing this before her divorce then maybe she would need a smack. Now she is going through the part of grieving the dream she lost from him not being who he was before the move.
