i particularly dislike douchebags who think they know everything and need to comment on everything to show they do.

Outstanding! Never pass up on curry. Never, ever, no way, no how.

Curry Rocks! Get some, today !

you've been in his city before, right? IMO, find a paralegal there that'll handle it all for 100 bucks - including the running him down bits to get his signature, and go forth.

Oh NO!!! Curry Thievery should be dealt with by a shortened curved scimitar.

Always...

Great idea, Darnell!

How can I get hold of a paralegal? Any advice is welcomed!!

Usually I get a hold of them by the neck. ;)

Occasionally, if I'm at a window on other than the first two floors of a building, I'll go for the ankles instead.

Yep! I paid a couple of grand several years ago to a lawyer who has upgraded himself as an immigration lawyer since on his profile, who said he could get my ESTA extended for medical reasons! When we went to Homeland Security he had no idea of the layout of the building etc. and didn't realise it was an impossible task, as I did not have a visa (entered on VWP)!! I guess I paid him to give him an education!!

o....k.......

lol this is after all....The VJ rant thread.......

<Slaps forehead>

Darklar you jive turkey.......look what you did to poor Frenchy.

ok Lucky, listen to Steve. A Paralegal must work under the supervision of an attorney. A paralegal cannot give legal advice, nor can they have their own practice.

They can, however......work as an independent contractor for an attorney. And they certainly are not a debt collector.

And whatever else you want done, it's 15 hunnit bucks or more. Not 100....that's 1892 Texas prices....the year Darklar was in 6th grade.....

refer to PM........

If it has been more than 4 months since that petition was approved it's over anyhow.

We use a piece of flannel and clean the poop off and then wash it every couple of days.

I need to do that, I forgot about that way

You can see it here

DSC00285.jpg

. We just got the Tornado a little guinea pig, big sister got herself 2 gerbils.

Left my futons out on the balcony to air before I went to work. There were several downpours, so I have come home to wet soggy futons. Might check in to a hotel.

Oh that sucks!

Took hubs to see the house on Thursday. He really liked it. It's funny that his concerns aren't necessarily mine but that we both want relatively the same thing eventually. One day we'd like to redo the kitchen but fixing up the back yard and getting rid of the drop ceiling are priorities. I'd leave the ceiling too if it was decent, but it's not. I'd like to finish the ceiling off and he thinks it's fine left not done. I think that it improves the heating, cooling and noise values. Thoughts?

He wants to wire the whole house for internet while I'm looking at furniture and a washer and dryer.

We're getting a good rate with our loan. They had originally quoted higher and we would have been getting money back, but since we plan on living there for so long, it makes way more sense to do a lower rate since the likelihood being able to refinance later is slim and being in a place for 20 years vs 2 makes a major difference in that payment.

I'd like to get a bike so I can bike to work and am wondering if I should wait another year to go to school so we can get another car... it's about a half hour drive to the school I want to attend.

Oh so funniest part of hubs at the house, in the basement he sticks his arms out, spins in a circle and says "This is mine. This will be a man cave." Rofl

I have to buy a bunch of stuff to stitch leather..... So I have 24.40 dollars worth "Shipped by Amazon" of stuff in my Amazon basket. I am a prime member yes, but most of the stuff are "add on" items.... I need 60 cents of stuff from Amazon to get free shipping on all of it.....

I hate the add-ons too.

you guys are all so negative. I will go with.."she wanted nothing else but to be nice" Am I the only one here thinking that ?

I just closed my finger in the door....that might be 3rd nail loss this year....I went 34 years without losing any and made up for it by now. I have burned both of my hands and arms 10x if not more, lost 2 toe nails and now soon to be 1 fingernail..fell off my bike and scraped myself further by roofing.....:huh:

My god girl you need to get out of there, that place is killing you.
