Nola: Yah hamsters are burrowers. We got her a simple cage because the modular systems can be dangerous and cause suffocation. It has a ramp to a ledge where her food bowl is but that is it. We did get some fencing and a playmat to use as a front and back yard of sorts and there are toys and tunnels placed there. Her cage door is normally open when we are home but she still chooses to stay inside most of the time.

Tarklar: they are supposed to be nocturnal but she just curls up into a fat puffball and snoozes all night! No idea what she gets up to during the day cos we arent home.
