I hate white walls. HATE.

White it's not a color :P

And it's like in hospital.

It reminds me of an asylum because at least in many hospital in America, they don't tend to pain the walls white.

Unfortunately, it is like the Danish standard. I don't know how people don't go crazy living in a white box in a country with perpetually grey skies.

Maybe that's why they all seem so "neutral"?

ya ya - wot you cook for the weekend? or your krewe get out for another outdoor male stripper venue?

I had pork chop with potatoes and cauliflower :)

I"d like to have enough female friends to go to a male stripper venue. I don't think most of my current friends would be up for it.

I'd like to have a male stripper venue to go, but we don't have such place in my city :P

Same here!

Tho I usually don't buy anything used.

Sometimes some second hand clothes, but once a year or something...

I don't mind clothes. I do frequently donate rarely used clothing of mine too. But I like to buy it new, if only because when I was a kid, pretty much all my clothes (including shoes, excepting underwear) was second hand.

Is that good or bad? :o

Good, of course. Silly man.

Preordered a snow blower....

We already bought ours on sale.

For some odd reason I thought you were married longer than me. Lol

You don't remember your anniversary date? I bet your hubs loves that.

I think maybe it is that we've been living together longer? It doesn't really matter, I suppose.

I do remember, but TBH, it isn't a big deal to me like I expect some huge fanfare with roses and diamonds. I'm kind of happy just to spend the day with him.

Maybe that's why they all seem so "neutral"?

I am cooking a huge batch of cabbage (plus other cool stuff in it) today for my upcoming meals. It's fun, and on my diet.

Maybe that's it.... Our anniversary is in May, so it'll be 3 years for us. Aug 20th was 3 years of having met. I have to file ROC in March. I hope we have enough stuff. (Certainly not pictures! The man hates pictures!) I think this anniversary is the first one we get to spend TOGETHER. LOL

would never buy socks or underwear either. The fact that those are ever available for purchase "used" absolutely grosses me out. There are plenty of cheap "new" underwear out there. Heck department stores regularly have clearance merchandise that is 70% off for brand new. Making a note to myself to buy new packages when on deep discounted sales and distribute them to various second hand stores or charities.

that is really nice of you :) i shall pay it forward and do the same too.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

We POEed in April, so it is like 90 days before, right? We are prepared, though, damn prepared. The Dane is the only one I've ever really taken pictures with and we have a lot.

Yep. There is a calculator on the USCIS website meant for the N-400 but works for this as well.

I think since we're buying the house this will work in our favour, my name is on the title and contract paperwork. I think I'll go ahead with the utilities in my name except the internet. I'm getting hubs to put my name on the phone bill so that we can save 20% off since I work at Target.

Kielbasa. You have to ask?

I"d like to have enough female friends to go to a male stripper venue. I don't think most of my current friends would be up for it.

Bad Niki!

And it's like in hospital.

I used to have yellow, sunny walls in my old room.

It made me feel positive :)

To bad! Who told you to grow up in the eastern block!

Much to his denial, I don't see how you could keep buying stuff and a house not look like this:

Why you show us pic of Dutchs old apt?

I swear I traded the socks I was wearing for a soap stone chess set in Africa....
