I've said this before, Darnell: that this behavior of making plans, changing them, giving hope then dashing it, chaos and confusion - this is a tactic someone comes back to repeatedly if it is working for them. It's all about control and yea absolutely filing for divorce yourself is a huge step in the right direction to putting control back in your life. Guess what Plaintiff has the power to do? Withdraw the filing, or have the ability to bluff/threaten withdrawing it.

So the fact you filed means you did something tactically that has removed one marionette string she had over you. Even though the patient is still blood loss critical here we are patching up arteries. I'm working on a series of Chinese Barber Shop visits to take your mind off things. Looking for other sponsors/contributors too. Paypall, Western Union - I'm open to anything. PM if anyone is interested in sending money.

Geez, I got a great dinner and a massage the other day. I decided to find something to be proud of her for. lol. It's funny how that can just be a decision you make. Takes almost a full second to think of things you are proud of them for. She was running on the treadmill and it is 100 minutes a day so it actually is something to be proud of her for.

That Crab, SAT - really good, yeah. You want that live. I don't like to douse mine in anything. No butter, lemon, salt - nuthin. We prefer King Crab here but the fact is you can't lose with crab.

rlogan - hey man ! it's going to be 'fun' soon... and yes, I knew about the pattern cause I learned it from yer writings here, and paid attention. Sure, I get gloppy mush-y on occasion, but that's normal, and I step up and step out on occasion also. We had too much chaos this year already - divorce process ain't to be chaotic, so says I...

and it won't be, now that I have control over it.

we do get them live here, but it's like 40 bucks a pound.Tarklar's having a heart attack now reading this, 40 bucks will feed his family for 30 days..... what's that come out to about 2 bucks a day? (Tarkculus)

and it won't be, now that I have control over it.

You ain't got control over s**t! (I censored me before VJ did :) )

have a back up plan. Have the name and number of an ace attorney at hand. It wouldn't hurt if you reach out to them for a brief consultation first to familiarize them with your situation.

Did you look into how firm standing is a pre-nup in Texas?

Prenups get overturned left and right over here.

most times, on the basis that it was unfair at the time of the agreement.

I'm not trying to scare the carp outta ya. It's just a word of caution.

Dark, email me if you wanna know more about the word "unfair"
