Early GS report, see man:

Detoured to an ES, run by reasonably-charging guy. Got 2 warshcloths, a hand-towel, a fold-over leather portfolio with Many (2+1) new/nearly new legal tablets inside, 2 boxes of straws, and Many (2+2) full packs of beverage napkins, all for just $Many ($2+$1), whee man.

Visited a GS nearby, but saw nothing of interest, oj nie.

A great Many GSs on schedule tomorrow, if I can arise early enough, cut zzz short man.

One of the owners here had his son talk him into a droid phone. He can hardly use the dang thing, and is constantly screwing it up. The other owner got an iPhone, and does all kinds of things with it and never has trouble with it. The salesman here got an iPhone and can't do anything with it accept make phone calls. I once pointed out the map capabilities and he was shocked it had maps, even with the icon right on the first screen. Seriously the sales guy once accidentally went to screen 2 and thought someone had hijacked his iPhone. Some people really shouldn't have more than a flip phone.

I think the only thing more simple than an iPhone is a windows phone. But I agree, some people should just stick with a regular phone and not a smart phone because they aren't savvy enough to use them.

I certainly agree, it would not be nice to get my buttocks enveloped. But sitting on toilet seat bend to another's buttocks dimensions is also highly uncomfortable.

I'm very familiar with the technique after enough time in the Philippines.

But I still prefer a nice comfortable seat to sit my buttocks on.

And why have a toilet at all if you're doing that?

BTW this is a very typical set up in the Philippines.

No tank on the toilet, you flush by manually pouring water using the dipper, called a tabo. You can't see one in this picture, no doubt because its in the bucket on the left. The tabo is also what you use to clean yourself, no TP.

And as you can see, there's no seat, as they step onto and squat on the edge of the bowl.

At least it looks clean and that is the best you can do without running water.
