K1 interview in Tunis - can I attend with fiance?

I've directed this question to the US embassy staff, but haven't received a response to date so hoping that somebody has a recent experience to share. We have our K1 visa interview coming up in Tunis, and I am wondering if I will be able to attend the interview with my fiance if I am there?

Thanks for sending that. I did see that, but it also referred to forms that are now obsolete so wasn't sure how current the information was. If anybody has any recent, first-hand experiences, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

I dont have an answer to your question and im not familiar with K1 visa procedures but just a heads up on interviews my husband's interview was sept 4th for our spouse visa and they "didnt receive the paperwork".. had my senator look into it and the nvc sent it aug 5th and the embassy got it aug 14th ... they sent my husband and 3 other interviews ( which there was two for K1 visas) away and had them leave contact info ... my husband still hasnt gotten his 2nd interview and the senators office is also trying to help me with this problem. I am just letting you know to be prepared. BUt in the tracking CEAC site convenitally after the senators office called it was found and put as received instead of in transit ...
