i recieved an email today checklist cover letter in the email it says they havent recieved my i864 or some of them pages were missing i dont get it i mailed them each and everything properly covered in a file thru fedex i am reallly stressing out they have all my original documents how can they say they havent rec it yet. 2 months ago i received an email from them saying they have rec my doucments and its under review now and due to high number of cases they will reply me in 60 days

please guys i am really stressing out any help would be highly appreciated

Sometimes if you fill form online, before they get your mail (or they scan your mail) they send you check list that they did not receive document, wait 1 week more, and call them ask them if they receive document, They will sure say yes !

So dont worry !

12th April-14 AOS Fees

14th April-14 AOS Package sent

23rd April-14 Recieve IV Bill

You have to call them to find out. Now I know what people mean when they say "false checklist." lol I received a couple of those after I had already sent the docs. It could be a real checklist, in my case, they were very vague and didn't specify exactly what they needed so we had to call in.
