Biometrics form (re: application numbers)

Perhaps somebody could jog my memory. I have two application numbers on my biometrics letter, of course; the earlier I751 that one receives with the NOA1 (that can't be tracked) and the second CR189 (that can be). When I arrive at the application support center and fill out the general form do I write both application numbers in the relevant field, or just the second? I can't recall if it allows for both on the paperwork nor if it's needed.

There's that smell again...

I wrote both anyway.

Ours had barcodes they scanned so it didn't matter if we wrote anything. They said don't bother,

Thanks for the replies. It makes sense they scan the barcodes; since it was (obviously) a couple of years since I last went I couldn't remember, although back with the AOS it was just the one application number. At the moment posts seem to be split between both, one or neither. I suppose it shows it's not a large matter.

And when you get there face to face with a human you can ask them. It's not like you are mailing away a form that has to be correct or else.
