Thanks for the support, Soloenta. I just got off the phone with NVC and feel a bit better. The checklist was because I didn't include my 2013 taxes. I did 2010, 2011, 2012 and then included the 2013 tax extension request copy. She said that was fine but I still should have listed 2013 on the the i-864 form. Anyway, she confirmed that I only need to resend the i-864s and not all of the 60ish pages I sent of financial evidence. So that's a relief.

I know things will get better, it's just really frustrating right now.

I noticed that you haven't sent your IV package according to your signature and timeline.

You can send your AOS checklist and IV package together (in separate envelops) if you haven't sent your IV package yet.

It won't delay your application timeline if that's the case.

Yes it's been frustrating at best. In a nut shell three reps either lied to me ( I think because their company lost to another for NVC work) or they saw what they told me on the screen. I don't know but bottom line I don't have CC and am waiting to talk to Sylvia and I pray she calls me today.

I finally couldn't keep it from my husband anymore, I feel better for telling him and all he said well it's God's will there must be a reason so don't worry just relax. But I did hear a bit of sadness in his voice and all he said is " I miss you so much"!

Hi sweetie, thanks for the update. I'm hoping your suffering is about to end, trust me! And I guess your hubby is trying to be strong to you, which is nice, because someone has to hold the other one to fall apart.

I'm at a stage of "acceptance", which I just accept what the world gives to me, and live with that. It's less painful and we gotta keep in mind that this situation, as annoying as it is, it's NOT permanent, and sooner or later, things will get better.

I'll be following the thread to support all of you and cheer for the upcoming case complete I know we'lol have soon! So hold on tight fellows, and let's keep the hopes up!!

By the way called twice to NVC wanted to talk to the supervisor Sylvia but couldn't they were in a meeting, the last Rep Lisa was sweet and tried to help but didn't seem to know what she was saying and said she thinks I'll get CC tomorrow, yeah right I'm going to believe her. I'll call tomorrow morning and God willing I'll have news.

Monday and this quiet hummmmmm must be because so many people got good news you guys have nothing to complain about hahahaa ok then I can accept that.

Yes like every three seconds hahaha but nothing so far. I really think Lisa is clueless she even said she was confused, said what the heck are these people doing hahahahahahaaa she made me laugh for the first time with anyone on NVC sweet woman I like her didn't rush me or anything.

Other than that, it's fairly quiet today. I think it's because lots of people got CC last Friday.

Yeah, it's taking about 60 calender days from NVC receiving your package.

We got checklisted August 21st, and due to it being something our co-sponsor needed to fix, it took around 3 weeks to send back Our checklist scan date is September 15th, but our IV was scanned in August 19th. We would have been getting a CC soon if it wasn't for the stupid checklist.

Our co-sponsor wrote down the wrong income Even though on the tax returns it said what he made, they HAD TO checklist us. So annoyed. We had to wait for our sponsor to mail us over the form again with an original signature. I doubt we'll be home for Christmas.
