Someone on fb got a case complete with scan date of aug 12!!! :wow: hold on the surprise doesn't end here.... Nvc actually called them to say u have a case complete! :wow: :wow: :wow:

Eeeeee... August 4 scan date. Just called and as of today, case COMPLETE!!

CONGRATS!! So happy for u!! Glad to hear NVC is moving along. Maybe there'll be more CCs tomorrow.

WOW!! Thats something new! Cant believe they called to give such good news ? maybe they figure they'd cut some call volume if they start calling ppl? Who knows.... Hope NVC keeps moving fast. ?

Update:

Hubby just finished talking with NVC, I told him to ask of Silvia or Ike or Octavio. He was told Silvia is not on night shift so he got supervisor Octavio and he explained to him about the checklist, he told Octavio that a copy of the document was submitted to USCIS and then the original and a copy of the document was included in the IV package. Hubby discribed how the document looks like to Octavio and he promise to help pull the file and review it.

**Octavio said they have about 70 case files that are up for supervisor review and that it might take 1-2weeks to get thru the files since my request was just put in yesterday. Hubby asked when can he call back, Octavio said next week, hubby said can he call back on Friday for check up and Octavio said he should call back and request to speak with him.

I pray and hope Octavio will do his best to help us out.[

You raised my spirit with the first Wow, and you spoiled it with the triple Wows at the end. fb bragging rights... perhaps?

Still, some supervisors are known to call back at times.

:lol: I doubt they are bragging. He didn't reply yet though if it was a checklist or supervisor review or maybe he has a lawyer or maybe his sister works at Nvc :lol: we are yet to find out the answers ;)

sorry but what was the mistake about?

They said my file is missing just ONE document which is the termination of prior marriage. The death certificate is included in the package but unfortunately the reviewer is too blind to see it.

Am equally waiting to hear his response, maybe one of his family member works at NVC or he got help from his Senator/Congress man or his related to the president.

Honestly I think some of us should start considering working at NVC. Not as a phone rep but as a reviewer or supervisor so we all can help our family and friends with a faster review.
