I found some courage and called NVC boy the wait was eternal but reached Amanda the one that told me I had CC. Told her the situation and if Sylvia had left anything for me. She checked and said no but that she requested my files and she is the one that will look over them to the end. I'm so happy it was her the Rep spoke to I feel blessed again.

Praying she will do this as soon as possible so we might have a chance for a good interview date, Insha'Allah. :)t4582.gif

Now for sure Sylvia will review ur docs. Hope this is resolved ASAP. Hang tight my friend. Theres hope ?

Thank you, she didn't seem that nice but not mean either, but then the only thing that really matters is if she does her job and helps us out. I can live with out nice if people get things done.

I'll tell you Maria, I wont forget about this until I know I'm out for sure. Thank you for your prayers my friend they mean the world to me more precious than diamonds. :) You are also in my prayers and wont stop until your out of here. :) Yes they need to fix this but I think they like it this way. Thank u so much for ur prayers my friend. Like u said: THEY MEAN THE WORLD TO ME. We need to pray until we have our husband's by our side then we will be able to say: WE ARE DONE WITH THIS ####### and can be a normal family. ?Cant wait for that day to come for all of us here. ?

Hubby called again tonight and the rep told him that we'll be getting the checklist email for the death certificate, Hubby told the rep that its already included in the package and that they should check again, the rep asked him which government authority issued the certificate and hubby said its National Population Commission {NPC}, the rep said yes that's the correct government authority that they accept documents from.

The rep said Jim had already requested for a supervisor review. I wonder how long its going to take for a supervisor review since they already have the correct document and its a mistake on their own part for overlooking the document.

I've read on this thread that it takes 30days for supervisor review but usually faster than that. I would call again & specifically ask to speak with a supervisor since it's NVC error and hope u can get CC on the phone. Best of luck to u my friend. Praying for u. ?

See I knew NVC was having a senile moment, please tell them to hurry up and get the supervisor to review your docs. My God doesn't this people have an iota of empathy and compassion. Hang in there sis, this nightmare will soon be over for you and soloenta.

Soloenta I feel for you and eoc, what is going on in that dysfunctional agency, called NVC. This is the problem with people who don't give a damn about their job. like I told eoc, this nightmare would soon be over, and it will be joy, joy, joy. You all are always in my prayers my dears, oh and also samreen too.

I called and spoke with Jim, told me to expect a checklist email today or tomorrow. He said the death certificate submitted didn't pass their review. He said I have to get another original, I told him that's the original death certificate. He said he will have to pull the file again and pass it on for a supervisor review. I asked if I can talk to a supervisor he said FOR WHAT? He said I should call back in a week and half.

Am so devastated :crying: :crying: :crying: I couldn't stop crying and he just told me to call back next week. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Hi EOC4ever

I am really sorry to hear about this.

I had a problem with my Adoption Certificate which I have always used for my birth certificate. Hubby requested a Supervisor Review and it took 18 days. She found it acceptable. Just a thought. This sucks!

Lots of hugs

Xx

Thank you dear... Yes, she had mastectomy 6 years ago and she's been cancer free ever since. 5 years of medications took a toll on her quality of life though, but the tough lady is bouncing back of late. The prospect of relocating to Colorado is cheering her to no end.

Oh my dear friend MoBar65

I have a tear in my eye reading this. To have gone through all of that with your wife and family and now having had to deal with NVC as well. I am so happy that your wife is cancer free. That is fantastic. You seem like the nicest person. I do hope that one day our families might meet. Won't be long now until you are in the US and then you and your family can relax and enjoy your lives together.

What doesn't break us will make us stronger. I always believed in that. I'm sure anyone going through the NVC ordeal recently, is experiencing a newfound affirmation of love and kinship to his/her spouse/family.

I'm sure we'll cross paths one day as long as we stay in touch.

I'll be back, hopefully with good news, later today.

You all are God sent.

Yes it really hurt going thru this immigration but I feel relief knowing I have people who understand and know my pains. God bless you all.

**Hubby said if he has to call everyday to get NVC to correct their mistake that he will. He will be calling everyday to get positive result.

**I think it will be a good idea to meet great and wonderful people like you all when we all are finally in U.S**

Eoc you truly have a good man. I am waiting for you to get that cc, so we can celebrate. With vj, you have already made friends, who will be there with you in the states. Edited by Ebu70

I wonder how long its going to take for a supervisor review since they already have the correct document and its mistake on their own part.

So happy your husband is going to call daily, that way he will know if the supervisor has looked at it or not and if not ask to talk to that supervisor or ask for Sylvia , Ike humm there's one more starts with an O I thing hehee only saw it once. OMG see you have the right one and they still have no clue and insist. I bet your husband can get them to review it this week since you have your CC they are just to stupid to know it. I'll keep praying I'm sure God is say OH NO NOT HER AGAIN!  (L)
