The operator I spoke with few minutes ago was so rude too. Told me the same old story of 60days to get my last document reviewed. As we were about to end the conversation, she made jest of me, she laughed, said something I didn't hear and then said CALL BACK SEPTEMBER 30 and then dropped the call, she's really pathetic, I guess she was making fun of me.

I know my document will be reviewed today or latest next week. Can't wait to get done with this BS from NVC.

**Thats the reason why my hubby hates calling NVC, most times am the one that usually do the calling**

Just spoke with NVC rep. {I care less about her name} she gave me the usual BS 60days quote. Asked her what date they are working on, she said she doesn't have access to that info, told me to call back September 30. SMH for NVC

I bet you two got the same agent. Some of them are on a mission to spread their misery far and wide.

I would say it's unlikely. Interview scheduling will begin soon for November. If you're not through NVC within the next 4-6 weeks you'll miss the opportunity for a December interview slot, and you haven't even received the IV fee invoice yet. Packages are taking around 55 calendar days to review right now if I've been reading correctly around here, so December seems out of reach.

I can't understand why the UK would do such a think it's just mean and cruel doesn't make any sense at all. Yes they fill up the country with immigratns legal and otherwise and hand out money like it grows on tress. What is wrong with all these governments? Sorry I have beautiful friends from the UK that have suffered because of this in so many ways. :( To all the stupid governments of the world! old-man-mooning.gifgroup-mooning.gifschool-bus-mooning.gifsuper-fart.gifsmiley-says-kiss-my-ass.gifsmiley-kissing-ass.gif

Where do we check N/A for Case Complete.

Which link from https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Fee payment

Or

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

Here's the link: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

Enter your details and lookout for your Affidavit of Support Fee change from PAID to N/A. Then its an indication of case complete and you just have to go on the phone and speak with NVC.

l don't understand the way the immigration law is. Keeping married couple apart from each other. Its really painful, l really feel for my husband. His just all by himself alone, he does everything in the house all by himself. His job and me is all that keeps him strong and going.

Totally agreed. Now I think we did wrong. Perhaps I might entry illegally and have the papers sooner.

Honestly it's too early to try to predict your interview timing. You won't be able to get an idea of what to expect until you've at least submitted all your documentation, and more accurately, not until you have case complete. Use the time you have to make sure all your paperwork is flawless and then hang tight, you still have some wait ahead.
