Checklist question: On the line with NVC; got through at the 3rd dial. Today I am calling to find out more info on a checklist I received yesterday that says they have received my DS230 and will review it when I send them the civil documents for the applicant. I sent the IV packet on August 8th, so this checklist makes no sense to me...Has anyone received this kind of checklist?

Praying for you to get CC with NO CHECKLIST! Remember that recently for some people, the status on CEAC website does not change to "N/A" and some people have found out they've gotten CCs by calling. Best of luck to you and everyone else waiting for a CC. If not today, for sure next week will be your CC week. Hang in there, you're almost there!

Hello everyone. I got an cc on sept 17th, on sept 18th I got an email from nvc for a checklist on my asos, that my husband the petitioner must correct all items and have me take it to my interview. They said part 3 info on the sponsor was incomplete, but we got one of those in july n he missed an n/a and corrected it n resent, he said he doubled check everything n filled out each thing. Do u think this was a false checklist or an actual one, thing is we don't know what in part 3 of sponsir info is incomplete or missing

I am starting to dream about problems at NVC stage, like other vjfilers.....

Thanks Guys! I actually got an email from NVC a few minutes ago stating they received my documents on Sept. 18th & that it will take 60days for them to review them. But the date of the letter is Sept. 19th. So which one is the "Scan Date"?

The waiting begins.....now....

It's only one day I don't think it matters much I would use the 18 Th Woooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooo praying all goes well and you wont have to wait over 60 days.

Wish I was there I'd put some pillows all around you so you wont hit your head hehehee or tie you to the chair.

WOW can you copy and past it here but make sure to remove names and Case numbers etc. It's easier to see if it's false or not or what needs to be fixed if anything. Ty

WOW what, the DS-230 is no longer used correct? Would you copy and paste here removing names and case number just for the heck of it. Who knows my friend there just might be a miracle in the works.
