Whoops! Guess I wrote my post about finding support for the I-130 approvals in the wrong section. Although I must admit the few weeks that I've been here I'm kind of worried about being on this thread - Hope I don't get stoned because of living abroad and getting fast tracked through USCIS - I see that's a sore topic for most and I only have love and sympathy for everyone going through (and have gone through) the long haul.

I'm sending in our AOS and IV packages after work and I had a dream that I forgot my birth certificate and marriage license, and I didn't put anything in the body of the emails that you were supposed to (names, birthdays, case number etc.) I just put "please see attached documents for AOS/IV packets".

Now I'm paranoid that I'll forget something. Off to read the Wiki a hundred more times!

soleonta , I am having a hard time linking my timeline. I am beginning to get frustrated. HELP!!!!!! No my visa is an ir5, parent with a united states citizen child. I lost my green card, when my mother passed in 2011, I came home to take care of dad. He is now doing fine, he would travel with me, once I get my visa. He would stay for 5months then return back home. He is an active bishop in my country, so he cannot live in the states. Although I would be travelling back and forth to make sure he is fine. My older sis would file I130 for him next year. My daughter turned 21 last year, I miss my darling so much. So does she. She is my life and soul, I would do anything for her legally. I miss California so much, especially the cheese cake factory, papa Joe's pizza, disneyland, universal studios, magic mountain, black Friday ( I love to shop), and the beautiful weather. Venice , Zuma, Leo Carrillo beach here I come. oooh hiking Topanga canyons, calgrove, placerita , can' t wait.

You are highly welcome to this thread and believe me no one is going to stone you or make you feel bad. Getting fast track was your lurk and I for one would have been so happy to be fast tracked and right now am so impatient and ready to do anything just to be with my husband.

Yeah you are right Maria. I for one will be posting my case status and progress here also. This thread is not all about ranting alone.

I'll be posting updates here also :) Soloenta is an Angel for letting us post ANYTHING on this thread :content:

Yeah, my words exactly!!! I can't deal well with people who lack compassion when we have to deal with the cruel ways of NVC!!!

Yeah but now we can complain, cry, ask questions, post updates....ANYTHING on this thread :content:

Following this thread now, I'm fairly new to VJ, opened an account about two weeks ago and immediately followed interview & NVC filers thread, I thought it was great! until I saw how rude some people could be on there, kind of reminded me of my job because some of my co-workers who have been there for a while don't want to help the newbies and everything seems like a silly question to them, people with seniority seemed annoyed for every little thing people posted, dang after all we're all trying to reach the same goal but oh well. I'm looking forward to seeing more CCs and interview dates! Yayyyy!! looks like NVC is on July 21st cases or around there, my email said my packet was scanned on 22 of July but a Rep for NVC said 23... either way I'm so scared to get a checklist!! I hope our lawyer didn't screw up, my husband and I are dealing with so much stress through it all... soooo frustrated!! Good luck everybody!!! ?

WELCOME!!

I can see myself getting confused and ranting on the other thread (or giving advice on this thread)!:rofl::rofl:

Hahahaha love the picture!! :rofl:And if you mess up and ask a question here it's ok....no worries. :luv:

Your very welcome and I hope so, I hope my restraining myself from killing several people isn't in vain. :D

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO welcome E&G and sure if you want to make a spreadsheet be my guest this is your place also . :D

Oh we aren't the only ones not by a very LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG shot. :D

We need to get TheDude here I pray he's ok. :( Can't stop thinking of him I know he's so sad.

Thank you for the warm welcome!

If I remember, ThDude was with me in the USCI December tread...I wonder what's he doing.

I'll first learn how to create a spreadsheet and then I'll consider making one. I'm not so smart with a computer.. :bonk:

And today my feelings for NVC are increased a little bit more...I've seen a lot of movement going on, so hopefully someone gave a shot of energy into the people over there..lol

Keep the faith!
