Shittttt. U issued English Urdu Nikah Nama as well as nadra certificate? Omg I sent the exact same things. I didn't have the strength to call yesterday but today I will. Please Allah mian please they haven't issued me another checklist!!

I don't know if u guys got the same problem as mine. ( in Jordan they issue a marriage contract and a marriage certificate) I didn't know the difference cause nobody told me so :( anyway I sent the marriage contract which was given to up by the Shareaa court and I thought that's it. But then I got a checklists asking for a marriage certificate.

IV not reviewed yet. July 24 scan date. And my husband sent out checklist response on Saturday and they recieved it 3 days later and scanned on sept 11 :(

Hang in there dear! Our checklist was scan end august 19th still nothing . Inshalla you'll hear good news soooooon

Thanks MSC, you help me a lot... I am trying to see the positive side and keep strong. Thanks God I had a wonderful husband and family in usa, they are helping me and support me a lot. I really hope I could be with my husband before Christmas, people say I can have cc faster because it is only a paper, I think I only see two cases with civil checklist and it was fast but i dont know, what do you think? and what was your experience? :)

Checklist scanned august 19th n got the 60 days email again .

Wowwww..... i just received a letter from NVC.

Its the letter that says that my petition is now eligible for futher processing at the National Visa Center,

Including my casenumber , invoice id number and asks me to complete the DS-261.

Yaaaaayyyyyyyy........WAIT.... WHATTTTTTTT.

Are they serious ??

Been there ,done that !!

The date on the letter shows August 5 , 2014.......ooooowwww welll just a month and 11 days late !!!

(Got the same letter as an email attachment on august 7 and august 8 also)

Weird thing is that the postal stamp is from France instead of the US ???

Makes me wonder if these letters for europe are being processed/printed in France and then sended out

Geeeeeeez TM713 I was doing it so often I gave myself a migraine I had to just stop myself until I saw the stupid letter and I was off again hahaa. Same here I just hope someone gets a CC today will give us all hope. :D

Haha - I talked to the NVC yesterday and they told me to wait 30 days since they've just received our case from the USCIS - I just told her very *jokingly* soooo I will talk to you next week??

She didn't seem amused...

However what she doesn't realize is that I'm not waiting for a postage to Europe - especially not from France...half the time the buggers are always on strike for something! (And I have tons of French friends who agree ~ No disrespect!) :rofl:
