I hope NVC will get this sorted out. They seem making some progress this week. I got an email today that the consulate denied my request for expedite not exactly what I was hoping... now I just have to deal with my medical problem all alone... great

You're not alone. I am in the same situation And then you see friends moving away, starting a new life and having their own apartment (or with their gf/bf/spouse) all the time

Thank you I do hope this is a place that people can come and take comfort and complain to their hearts desire with out anyone putting them down.

I know that feeling also it just seems some of us just can't manage to have our own lives at least for now. But soon things will change. Let's pray for each other.

It's not NVC it's the Embassy in Jordan the same happened to me twice, denied. They have no sense of compassion and right and wrong yet some Embassies give Expedites for pregnancy. Mind you I think they should but so should we.

Exactly what I thought good excuse to just ask and not read. I agree it's left bad taste in my mouth I don't think I can post there again. I'm staying put.

I'm super annoyed at the moment because my little brother moved out yesterday. If it weren't for all the backlogs, I'd have been the first to move out. I'm older than him and married, yet still living at home with mum and dad xD Just what has my life become?!

Tons of progress they were at a total stand still and they are starting to move along now. So God willing we will all be getting closer day by day to CC then interview.

Oh cool a place to rant and whine... Visajourney is becoming for me like that show Cheers.... Where everybody understands what you are going through. Other people just think you can pickmup and move, have no IDEA what is involved.

I Just found out the baby girl I used to babysit back in the US is getting married January 10... I realllllly wanna make it back there in time for the wedding!!! And I realllllly wanna leave canada before the snow in my yard is 8 feet high again. Come on NVC, please make all our dreams come true!

I personally wont be posting anything on the NVC thread anymore just reading thru and i was gonna post updates here but looks like i wont be able to geez! I'll just be on the DL for a while. Sad to see VJ has come to this...create a new "Ranting thread" ? Best of luck to all!!

Heeey fellows! Thanks Soloenta for doing this. Should we make a spreadsheet of how many bdays and holidays we missed and track the dates between one nerve crises and the other??? :/

My husband and I just can't stand this situation, but it kinda feels less painful when I think we're not the only ones...

Well I see your last scan date so to say we had a CC for August 21 our group is very , very close so I think you wont have any problem making to her wedding let's just keep praying to make sure.

Yes, yes your free to post what you want this is your/our thread and we are free to post updates or rants heheheee. I used to be a mod at several places and a good one wish we could moderate our won threads.

Following this thread now, I'm fairly new to VJ, opened an account about two weeks ago and immediately followed interview & NVC filers thread, I thought it was great! until I saw how rude some people could be on there, kind of reminded me of my job because some of my co-workers who have been there for a while don't want to help the newbies and everything seems like a silly question to them, people with seniority seemed annoyed for every little thing people posted, dang after all we're all trying to reach the same goal but oh well. I'm looking forward to seeing more CCs and interview dates! Yayyyy!! looks like NVC is on July 21st cases or around there, my email said my packet was scanned on 22 of July but a Rep for NVC said 23... either way I'm so scared to get a checklist!! I hope our lawyer didn't screw up, my husband and I are dealing with so much stress through it all... soooo frustrated!! Good luck everybody!!! ?
