I think not, I think pretty much all of us is suffering from something or the other. :( But the good thing is once this is over and we are with our loved ones, hopefully it will fade into nothingness. :D

Agreed, I think a VJ app will be nice. Captain Ewok or the admin can create one, I'll just ask all my friends and all the people going thru this immigration journey to download it for easy access on the phones, tablets and devices.

Yup it's a great idea. In the mobe version we can't see signature of people and in desktop version the fonts are so small that I have keep zooming in and out lol. VJ should have an app!

Word to Big Bird Samreen! Soloenta you have always been such a wonderful positive part of my VJ experience and the BIG FONTS and lovely emoticons just made me feel like I was getting a big hug and a high five from a good friend! I also love how you reassure people that someone will answer their question soon if they are patient. It's awesome and shows how much compassion you have for all of us here!

And as a nurse, I can say I wouldn't be anywhere without my RTs! Lord save me from an alarming vent I don't know how to fix!!! And for bagging a patient properly instead of me fumbling around! I wish we could work together! Come on up to Seattle!!!

Hi guys

My mother and father in law live on Whidbey a Island sowe spend a lot of time in your neck of the woods even though we live in upstate New York. It is beautiful.

If you click on the multi quote, a blue icon will pop up beside it asking if you if you want to reply to one quote, click on it. Once you click on it just scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see the quote. Then after typying your reply to the quote, you will leave some space and then go over to another question or post and click on multi quote again, follow same process and multi quote as many post as you want and then hit on your post icon.

Ok - I have been wanting to know how to reply to multiple quotes forever so I am following your instructions and see how I go. Oh oh now what do I do. I think I go back to start reading more posts. Let me see if it works.

Soloenta multi-quoting... Now I've seen everything! I wonder how the VJ website will react to multi-page posts?

Oh funny MoBar65

They must have hired one person with a brain and figured everything out so shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh don't say a word about your child hehehe you were lucky.

Not sure but I heard they send the AOS and IV to the Embassy someone correct me if I'm wrong. What sense would it make to send it to you, but then when have they

ever made any sense. I would call again not all customer reps know what they're talking about and if possible speak to Silvia the supervisor I have heard she is very good

and kind. It' s worth a try and also send an e-mail to your Embassy it takes them two to three days to respond, I would also ask them if they accept copies of the documents since it's possible the originals wont be there in time. I'm sure they will accept it and you will at least have proof they accepted and have your wife take a copy of the e-mail also.

Know many of us, I for one will be praying for this to work out smoothly for you. God bless you and your beautiful family you will see all will workout. :)

Thank you Soloenta , i will call Monday and ask to speak with Sylvia.

Congratulations on your expedite :dancing: :joy: its a good thing to be finally done with NVC.

Have read on VJ and facebook about similar thing, yes NVC will return the package to the petitioner so yes I think the package will be sent back to you and you will have to bring it to the interview. But to be on the safe side, you might want to get another set of package ready, just in case NVC don't return the package on time to you.

**but you never can tell, a sensible NVC staff might decide to help dig out your package and include it into your case file**

NVC is unpredictable.

Thank you EOC4ever . I just hope it does not backfire on me.

I hear many different stories about the expedite. Yesterday one person (i think) from Australia was asked to send the IV packet to NVC before the Embassy will make the decision. I guess i will have to wait ..... As for getting another package ready , the Aos package easy to fix . The problem will be with the ORIGINALS that are located at NVC.

I refuse to believe they are so STUPID to approve an expedite and send the case WITHOUT the supporting documents to the Embassy. It just doesn't make sense.

If i have to wait for the civil documents to be sent back to me , i would have been better off NOT requesting the Expedite based on my last scan date.

I wouldn't worry about it since they haven't checked your Singaporean police certificate yet. :star: It's a false checklist generated based on your current info since they still need to receive your Singaporean police certificate. :)

I don't think they were able to find your Singaporean police certificate document when they reviewed your AOS package. NVC doesn't have the resource to look for a specific package due to tons of mail they receive everyday.

What about NVC checking both AOS and IV packages together? :huh2: Not if you're sending packages by mail. They can only do it for EP people since they can search by their case number to look for their other package. It takes no time to do an MS Outlook search (or whatever the email system they're using), but it takes forever to look for a particular piece of mail (so they don't bother)! That's why they're now asking you to send the AOS and IV packages together.

Relax and enjoy your weekend. B-)

Thanks AustinCanada

I know you are right. My husband said the same thing. I just don't want to think we have come this far and that NVC can throw another spanner in the works and that we may not get there for Christmas. It would destroy my husband and us as well.

My son did the ColorRun this morning here in Adelaide so that took my mind off it for a while.

Ok - I have been wanting to know how to reply to multiple quotes forever so I am following your instructions and see how I go. Oh oh now what do I do. I think I go back to start reading more posts. Let me see if it works.

Oh Soloenta

How funny are we . I feel like a little girl with a new toy although I am not sure if it has worked yet. I am going to do one more multi quote and then hit the post button.

Oh funny MoBar65

Now we really will have hundred of pages to look through but I love it. I feel like you are all my personal friends now.

Ok going to hit the button. Wish me luck.

OMG guys. Love this. Looks like I am leaving the spaces in the wrong place but I have the concept down.

Oh dear. I have done something wrong. My last post was supposed to be a separate one. Mmmm.

Nothing in NVC makes sense. Some people that request for expedite usually hold off sending the packages to NVC, once the expedite is approved, they just take the package to the interview.

I guess NVC is lazy to dig into the pool of files to pick out the package of those that have approved expedites. And to think of getting ORIGINALS again for the interview is just way too much.

Will be praying all things go well and NVC do the right thing.
