We got checklisted August 21st, and due to it being something our co-sponsor needed to fix, it took around 3 weeks to send back :( Our checklist scan date is September 15th, but our IV was scanned in August 19th. We would have been getting a CC soon if it wasn't for the stupid checklist.

Our co-sponsor wrote down the wrong income :( Even though on the tax returns it said what he made, they HAD TO checklist us. So annoyed. We had to wait for our sponsor to mail us over the form again with an original signature. I doubt we'll be home for Christmas. :(

Oh, and thanks for the welcome :D

Awww your very welcome :D happy you've joined the family. I know those stupid SOB's should accept corrections via e-mail they get paid well for a service we don't get! We have to shadow them every step of the way! They are just disgusting, I'm hoping your one of the lucky ones and gets your case looked at right away. Hey you never know and stranger things have happened. :)(L) (L)

I was hoping they were on the 7th already and somehow they get to aug 15th by the end of this week so they can give me a CC and schedule the interview as well.

I don't wanna miss the scheduling window :clock:

Awww Romii I'm praying hard you get your CC this week, but even if it's next week I think you will still make the scheduling. :D(L) (L)

This photo kind of describes the NVC process!:rofl::rofl:

Update,

By the way called twice to NVC wanted to talk to the supervisor Sylvia but couldn't they were in a meeting, the last Rep Lisa was sweet and tried to help but didn't seem to know what she was saying and said she thinks I'll get CC tomorrow, yeah right I'm going to believe her. I'll call tomorrow morning and God willing I'll have news. :D

Monday and this quiet hummmmmm must be because so many people got good news you guys have nothing to complain about hahahaa ok then I can accept that. :D (L)(F)

Hope Austin comes in but I think he has left us for greener pastures. :( He would be able to tell you about FB :D(L) (L)

lts really sad to see how incompetent and lazy NVC staffs are, how come she has been in the meeting all thru the day. Lets wait and see what happens tomorrow. Fingers crossed for you my dear friend.

Thank you so much sweetness. I know, I saw a post saying the same thing about another supervisor and I think Mondays is the day they have meetings. But I left messages for her two days in a row and I never received a response. I'm starting to get really paranoid now. :((L) (L)

I was thinking something, I think it is not too crazy or I am not crazy already because of thinking and thinking all day :P well we are a big group of people who had to wait the 60 day (or maybe the 30 bussines days) to sent our IV pack plus paid the IV fee and complete the DS260 so NVC should not have a lot of papers of DS260 to see it in some point maybe during august days... I was thinking about it because it is like they have an empty time because we werenot doing nothing and only waiting to get all avaible..........am I correct Austin? :P

They began delaying the IV fee invoice early May. It was taking them 30 business (45 calender) days to review documents back then. :dancing:

Well, many people who waited for 30 business days for the IV fee invoice have CC now (myself included). :star:

Then, some people began sending their IV packages with the AOS bar-coded cover letter. It may be one of the reasons why it's taking longer (30 business days vs. 60 calender days) for them to review packages now.

They could slow down for any reason such as administrative, training, processing other applications, etc. Of course, they could speed up for any reason.

I guess nobody knows how busy they are. Only thing we know is that they're asking us to wait for 60 calender days, unfortunately.

If they r sooo busy then plz take over this process to our self we handle it very fast n smoothly even they dnt feel any burden in processing just give us authority to process it :)

So strangely enough I woke up to find a lot of cc on fb! 2 for aug 6 and one guy was going EP and his last scan was sept 12! I m happy for them but this is just so unfair. They should have allowed EP for everybody really, otherwise atleast process checklists faster! Morons!

I have to so much to do I actually let the PC run and I come by read any new post and answer when I can. I do beading also take care of my cats and little Pom. Other things take up the rest of my time. Boring but it's true. :D So sorry you lost your job but I think a part time job for now is most likely better. (L) (L) Used to work with ceramic, I miss that but don't have time for it and used to make stained glass windows. I made the panel for our living room door. :D Also used to dabble in making jewelery with precious stones.

You have any hobbies?

I was a chef, so was working 12hrs most days and the time went by so fast at the start, now it's just dragging in :(

I still bake a lot and have recently began trying my hand at knitting. Working with the knitting needles was kinda hard so I just bought some knitting looms from Amazon and it's so much easier! Today I made a little hand and headband. :D

I would love something part time too though, helps the time go by and keeps me in some sort of a routine.
