I am that Beneficiary by the way.

1. Do Bank/Credit Card Statements count as Primary Evidence?

2. Is it a good idea to write on all pieces of evidence explaining their purpose/significance, if yes do I write on the front or back?

3. My fiancee received a parking ticket from the time she drove up to Canada, but the Car is registered under her moms name. Will it make a difference if we include this in the petition?

4. We don't know if we should just leave "NONE/STUDENT" on the G-325A Forms for the Employment section as we did not really have reputable jobs or remember our part-time history, will this affect us since they will wonder who is going to support me financially (My fiancee is getting hired within the next month and her parents have agreed to co-sponsor me). Do they only worry about the financial part at the consulate interview stage?

5. I've traveled many times to the US by BUS and they just sent a confirmation number/receipt to my email but there are no physical tickets, is it ok to include screenshots of this?

6. Are screenshots of our Facebook status allowed? Shows that we got engaged and friends/family have commented on the status. We also have receipts of the Rings/Bands.

7. We are planning on mailing the petition before September 12th and apparently there is a changed fee? Do we send in the $325 thats listed on the website or something else?

Thank you for your help

I am that Beneficiary by the way.

1. Do Bank/Credit Card Statements count as Primary Evidence?

Yes, if it proves that you two were at the same place at the same time.

2. Is it a good idea to write on all pieces of evidence explaining their purpose/significance, if yes do I write on the front or back?

Which kind of evidences? If you meant the receipts, sure, you can do that. Otherwise, plane stubs etc are pretty self explanatory.

3. My fiancee received a parking ticket from the time she drove up to Canada, but the Car is registered under her moms name. Will it make a difference if we include this in the petition?

Do you have additional proof that you were with her at that time? If you have enough proof that you were together within 2 years of filing, this really isn't necessary (although I understand the need of front loading)

Fill it out as UNEMPLOYED. Yes, they only worry about it during the interview stage. During initial filing, you only have to worry about meeting these requirements: (1) both legally free to marry (2) have met within 2 yrs of filing the petition

5. I've traveled many times to the US by BUS and they just sent a confirmation number/receipt to my email but there are no physical tickets, is it ok to include screenshots of this?

Yes

6. Are screenshots of our Facebook status allowed? Shows that we got engaged and friends/family have commented on the status. We also have receipts of the Rings/Bands.

Yes, they are allowed as proof of ongoing relationship.

7. We are planning on mailing the petition before September 12th and apparently there is a changed fee? Do we send in the $325 thats listed on the website or something else?

Still $340. Its the VISA fee that's changing, not the Filing fee.
