Anyone else having trouble with the health connector in Massachusetts? Seems like the worst organised system I have ever come across, getting very nervous if I even have health insurance at this point!

My husband and I have found them to be horrendous. We got married at the end of June, tried to get me put on at the beginning of July and I only got on it at the end of August thanks to their ineptitude. We sorted it out by going down to the office in person, have you tried that?

Yeah that's what we had to do as well, had to go in person to their office two times before it was sorted. Took three months of back and forth before finally getting insurance last week! Worst system I have ever come across
