They were just telling you what's on the website. The february 2nd date is as of July 31st, so they're bound to be working on February and March applications now.

Not true, till last week it showed Dec 31st, 2013. I check that like a maniac. Not to depress all of you, but I still don't have my NOA 2 and my NOA 1 is Jan 22nd, 2014. . We cry everyday.

Not true? What was incorrect with what I wrote? As you said, until last week it showed December 31st. It was updated September 4th to show the info I wrote. And I didn't say they were ONLY working on February and March applications... Obviously there is unfortunately some people such as yourself from January who are still waiting.

Excuse what I said, I re read what you said and I see what you were mentioning. I thought you mentioned that it showed up as Feb 2nd 2014 since July of this year. My bad.

TSC processing dates changes at a whim, they dont care how it affects us,the ones doing it the right way. hell KI VISA cost has gone up to $265 ore oney for them. while others just enter illegally.

So, the current processing time (TSC: March 23, 2014) is not very accurate?

I have always assumed that to be the average from the timeline input here. So there are people who are 8 months behind while there are others who are processed in three weeks. Somehow, the average is working out to be around the third week of March at this point. At least, that's how I interpret the data here.
