I have no job.. My income is 0.. My husbands annual income is 31,000 w/c is just exactly for 4 people in poverty guideline bec we are 4 in the family.. Me, my husband plus my son & daughter... And Im putting him as my household member income (Can i do that or No??) because im petitioning 2 persons - my 15 years old daughter and my mom.. So total of 6, According to poverty guideline it should be 39,962.. So we are behind 10,000. Correct or no? Do i need another joint sponsor? So what will happen is that im doing the I864, my husband will do I-864A & then the other joint sponsor will do I-864 too? Or i cant file a petition bec i have no job? Thnx in advance

Your fine to file the petitions.....You as the petitioner with file the I-864, your husband will file the I-864A, then on top of that you will need a co-sponsor to meet the income guidelines.

And of course, you being the immigrant will have needed to naturalize your US citizenship to file a petition for your Mother.
