Not sure of what's happening re: time frame?

Hi all. I filed my husbands I-130 visa on the 4th of June through the consulate in London. I got an email on the 9th of June confirming that they received the papers and all was filed correctly. I checked the filing status a couple weeks ago now and it said on the website that they were currently processing papers from July. Should I have heard something by now? I keep checking my email to make sure nothing has gone to spam but I'm not exactly sure what I'm waiting to hear or what medium they're going to contact me by. Any ideas? Thank you!

You should have heard something. Contact the Immigrant Visa Unit with this form http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html

Ask if they have received your approved petition from the USCIS office in London. Maybe they got your case and are waiting on you. Worth a try in case you didn't get notified of the transfer from USCIS office to the IV Unit.

You could ask if your petition has been approved and transferred to the consulate IV Unit.
