I received a checklist from NVC for my AOS

they stated I'm missing a document which I sent and even have copies of

Is there a way I can request an expedite for this after re sending the documents THEY LOST?

I would call them and have them double check. Did the checklist say specifically what was missing? Because I remember my cousin received a checklist and it was very vague, so we had to call in to see what they wanted.

I received also a checklist for my AOS asking for files that I already sent, also asking questions by the name of the co-sponsor in the sponsor area. Is confusing. I call them I they said that I have to resend the files again, but why? Is disturbing.

It could have been a false checklist. Was there anything wrong with the first set of forms you sent out? The tiniest mistakes can cause a checklist.
