Help with RFE For AOS from K-1

Hello

I hope you can help with with the RFE I received for my wife's AOS from a K1 Visa.

I have attached the RFE to to this Message. I have my 2013 tax return with all schedules and inclusions ready to submit. I also have another copy of my Employment letter that states that I am am in independent contractor and that I make 2000 per pay period paid bi monthly this is a total of 48,000 per year.

Per line 37 on my tax return my adjusted gross income for 2013 is 19,964 which is above 125 percent of the poverty level for a family of 2 per the 864-P. dated 2014.

I am attaching a cover letter explaining all of this.

Could you all please take a look at the RFE and see if I have all my Bases covered. Please ask me any questions. I want to get this back in the mail soonest and would like some feedback.

It is not based on AGI. It is based on line 22, Total Income. Once you send the complete tax return with all the forms and schedules that show your income was above 125%, and whatever proof you can provide of current income, then it should be all you need. The most recent complete return or IRS tax transcript is a requirement of the I-864.

If you are using your tax return forms and schedules, don't forget the 1099 from your employer stating wages paid in 2013.
