N-600 notice

I got a notice from USCIS Field Office today and it says:

" This office has completed the processing of your N-600. Application for Certificate of Citizenship. You will need to make an INFOPASS appointment within 45 days so that we can complete the verification process and issue your certificate. If you are over 14, you must be present to take an Oath of Allegiance and sign your certificate. If you are under the age of 14, your parent(s) will need to be present to sign on your behalf. Please bring your parent(s), your Permanent Resident Card, and this notice to the appointment."

Anybody received a letter similar to this letter? Is this letter mean, N-600 was approve? I appreciate any input. Thanks.
