So we just filed our AOS application last month, we mailed it 8/25 and it was delivered 8/27 but til now we haven't receive notification yet, my problem is, we have to move out from the condo that we are living due to safety reasons that the building has to close. I am so confuse on what to do, should I call USCIS about the change of address? coz right now I don't think I can change my address on their website coz I still don't have a case number, Am I correct? I would really appreciate helpful responses, thank you.

You should not let an ongoing necessary move for security reasons freeze into inactivity and prevent you from providing USCIS with your new address as directed by the first provided link. Be sure to include your A# (alien number). If you will notice, there is not a field on the Form AR-11 for case number.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
