I am in the process of filling out the DS-260 for my husband. However I have a dilemma, my husband made a mistake last year and had a child with a girl. This child was born last month. I know this might affect the outcome of his visa but as far as the question "do you have any other children?" goes should I say yes or no. We are not planning on bringing that child here however he did sign the birth certificate. I do not know what to do. I do not have a lawyer to ask about this neither. I would appreciate your input.


Also it asks for his passport info. He doesn't have one yet. What does other travel document mean? Can it be his ID?

The correct answer to that question is obviously "Yes".

Intentionally providing false information on any official immigration applications could be considered misrepresentation, and is a federal crime (perjury).
